We are looking for a PMO Support for our client in the Financial Industry. You will join the PMO team and Project Managers, and you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the entire team.



QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • Experience within Project Management from a similar position
  • Skilled within Project management and how a program works
  • Knowledge with system/ application: Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoints, Excel & PPT etc), Jira or Azure Devops
  • Experience with creation management reports and decision material
  • Mindset to solve all kinds of practicalities, ad hoc task and administrative work
  • Curiosity to learn and try out new tasks
  • Professional English skills - both oral and written
  • Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Maintain project documentation
  • Track resource schedules
  • Coordinate meetings and training, and assist with budgeting and financial and status tracking
  • Provide analytical support to the PMO team and project managers
  • Collect and analyze project reports and data, such as budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Assist with implementation WoW and improvements
  • Drive processes, issues and support administrations of Governance bodies
  • Book meeting
  • Follow up on material readiness
