We are looking for a Technical Writer for our client in the pharma industry - more specially for Audit Trail related adjustments to running applications.
You will join their SattLine EASI Audit Trail and Why Pilot team, which is a small fulltime expert team of four people, and a secondary project group of 30-50 participants. They are creating and implementing Audit Trail related solutions in the cross field of SattLine, PI Historian, RtReports, LMES, and Microsoft OS.
Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong experience as a Technical Writer
- Great experience in writing technical reports and GxP compliance documentation
- Detail-oriented and results-driven • collect input, create, and write technical documentation
- Experience within the field of SattLine, PI Historian, RtReports, LMES, and Microsoft OS
- Strong English skills - both oral and written
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right awat
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Will be to lead the creating, reviewing and approval of documentation needed when idea creating, developing, and implement adjustments to running applications
- Work with a broad stakeholder landscape across their running API plants
- Collect input, create, and write technical documentation
- Ensure documentation is processed and stored according to their QMS
- Ensure compliance references and procedures are fulfilled
- Manage the detailed plan to create, review, update, and approve documentation
- Lead, collect input and write investigation reports to document ideation and to support decision making
- Also, you will need to arrange and host meetings as needed to process the documentation
