We are looking for a Junior Project Manager for our client in the Pharma Industry. Your role will center around areas such as Project Planning and Decision Making, Budget Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Reporting and Communication and Problem-Solving.
Location: Western part of Zealand, Denmark (Onsite 2-3 days per week)
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong experience within Project Planning and Decision Making, Budget Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Reporting and Communication and Problem-Solving
- Experienced Project Manager
- Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
- Solid understanding/qualification of Project Management Principals
- Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
- Strategic thinking with operational focus
- Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
- Person with good communication skills
- Take own initiatives and ensure for results
- Strong English - both oral and written
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Support the PM with planning and scheduling infrastructure projects timelines
- Support in tracking the project milestones and ensure resource availability and allocation
- Align relevant objectives with key stakeholders, building and maintaining the infrastructure whilst assessing and handling possible risk
- Support local resources, local QC and QA to help ensuring compliance and coordinate local closing windows
- Support with communication of Global GITO guidelines and principles to the site
- Support with the project budget
- Supporting with estimating and tracking project costs, helping the PM ensuring that the project stays within its budget, and making
- necessary adjustments to the budget as the project progresses
- Responsible for managing relationships with high-level stakeholders, navigating complex political situations to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure that any complex issues that arise during a project are properly addressed and resolved, overseeing the problem-solving process
