We are looking for an Infrastructure Programme Manager for our client within pharma.
Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- 10-15 years of previous and recent experience with the pharmeceutical industry
- Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure, including networking, systems administration, security, and software applications, to effectively oversee and understand the project requirements
- Successfully managed a project involving the upgrade or overhaul of IT infrastructure across multiple locations, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, such as local site teams, corporate IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless implementation with minimal disruption to operations
- Demonstrated experience in a project where engagement with a wide range of stakeholders, including site managers, department heads, regulatory authorities, and external partners, was crucial for the success of the IT infrastructure improvement initiative
- Experience in identifying and mitigating risks in large-scale infrastructure projects, such as data center migrations, network overhauls, or system upgrades, while considering the impact on stakeholders and the site's ongoing operations
- Successfully led cross-functional teams in previous IT projects, demonstrating the ability to foster collaboration, motivate team members, and drive successful project outcomes within the context of IT infrastructure improvements
- Experience in ensuring that IT infrastructure projects adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, such as data privacy laws, industry-specific standards, or site-specific compliance needs
- Professional level of English
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
