Job Description:
Are you passionate about technology and driven by sales? Do you speak and write fluent German and have experience with CRM systems? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team! As a German-Speaking Sales Specialist with CRM Expertise at SulfiLogger, you'll play an important role in expanding our market reach, fostering client relationships, and utilizing CRM tools to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales: Identify and reach out to potential clients in export markets, understanding their needs and presenting our cutting-edge technology solutions.

CRM Expertise: Utilize CRM systems to manage and analyze customer data, track sales activities, and generate reports to improve the sales process.

Communication: Conduct video and phone calls with clients to provide product demonstrations and answer inquiries

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales teams to coordinate efforts, share insights, and contribute to the company's sales strategy.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German, with exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
- Sales experience, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong video and phone communication skills.
- A passion for technology and the ability to quickly grasp and communicate technical concepts.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
