We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client in the wind industry.
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge?
You will play a huge impact on the quality Improvement for electrical systems, where you will manage projects in the given context with full responsibility for the results. You will drive the quality improvements, solutions and/or services enhancing quality issues with installed fleet or established production. Besides this, you will manage your own projects with full responsibility for project results and defined requirements.
Location: Middle Jutland, 2-3 days onsite necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- 6-8 years of similar experience
- Technical background, preferable an Electrical Engineering degree
- Documented experience through relevant Project Management certification (for example IPMA B/C, PMP, Prince2 Foundation/Practitioner)
- Strong communication skills in English, both orally and in writing
- Outgoing and proactive, and you possess the ability to work both independently and in teams
- Well organized and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
- Strategic thinking with operational focus
- Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
- Person with good communication skills
- Take own initiatives and ensure for results
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Project execution via close collaboration with stakeholders
- Facilitation of timely decisions about open issues, escalating if necessary
- Ensure that strong project governance is present and used actively
- Development and maintenance of project plans to secure overview and transparency, from overall planning down to operational level
- Risk and opportunity management
- Budget and resource planning as well as generation of project agreement for project
- Alignment of project targets towards product strategy (e.g. product portfolio, technology roadmap)
- Drive continuous improvement culture including e.g. reuse, cooperation, knowledge management, lessons learned
- Project documentation and Project Quality Management
- Incorporation of customer feedback during project execution
- Responsible for successfully executing independent projects within timeline and budget, and operates within a domain
- Responsible for own project in that context
