Do you have experience from finance and banking industry? We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client in the banking industry. You will play a key role in providing administrative support to the PMO team, program manager and project managers.
Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Experience from the banking/finance industry
- Knowledge of Banking and pension and with acquisition transformation and technology
- Skills within Management reporting and project management
- Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
- Strategic thinking with operational focus
- Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
- Person with good communication skills
- Take own initiatives and ensure for results
- Strong English skills - both oral and written
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Maintain project documentation, track resource schedules, coordinate meetings and training, and assist with budgeting and financial and status tracking
- Provide analytical support to the PMO team and project managers
- Collect and analyze project reports and data, such as budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with implementation WoW and improvements
- Drives processes, issues and support administrations of Governance bodies
- Meeting book follow up on material readiness etc.
