We are looking for a Contract Manager to join an exciting project with our client in the renewable energy industry. Your main task will be to lead the contract management task on the Cables package for an Baltica 2 project in Poland.
Location: Greater Copenhagen
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Experience from a previous position as a Contract Manager
- Relevant education
- Solid experience in contract management from the offshore wind industry
- Strong negotiator and a strong commercial understanding
- Experience with FIDIC contracts
- Experience in the cables scope
- Experience in working in Poland or with Polish stakeholders is an advantage
- Able to start right away
- Valid EU work permit
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Work in a close collaboration with the package manager, the technical lead and the lead procurement manager on the project to ensure the client meets key milestones in the project and ensure the contractor does the same
- Responsible to plan and conduct monthly progress meetings with the suppliers together with the package manager.
- Must ensure to act proactively on any commercial risk and keep a constant overview of claims, notices and obligations on the contract
