We are looking for a Data Scientist for our client within the shipping industry. You will join a project which encompasses data & analytics support for Customer Insights initiatives. It involves driving business value by providing visibility (reporting) and insights (analytics) for their customer base and their salesforce base.
Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong experience as a Data Scientist
- Advanced SQL, PySpark and data modelling for BI
- Working knowledge and experience/projects involving traditional Machine Learning (prediction/classification/clustering models)
- Advanced Python for data analytics (R)
- Databricks/ Dremio
- Data visualizations: PowerBI other dashboarding skills
- Knowledge of Natural Language processing concepts (NLP)
- Strong English skills - both written and oral
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead & Steer Data tracks of projects
- Exploratory data analysis
- AI code development & maintenance
- Data visualizations & reporting
- BI Support for projects across entire Commercial enablement team
