Location: Mid/South Denmark, 2-3 days remote pr. week is okay
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- You have proven track record within the field of the implementation of Document Management Processes and Systems
- 5+ years of experience in Document Management affairs incl. experience in implementation of DMS into Engineering & Construction business are required
- You are equipped with advanced knowledge in O365, particularly, in SharePoint
- You are structured, pro-active and able to go into the details whilst maintaining the overview for multiple projects
- You own deep knowledge of the Construction business, preferably Wind business
- You are a good stakeholder manager and a cooperative team player
- You are a highly motivated, results driven and communicative
- You have strong English skills - both oral and written
- You are able to start right away
- You have a valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Configuration of SharePoint sites and libraries with metadata
- Implementation of the Document Management procedures, processes, templates, applications, etc.
- Gate keeper of the Document Control rules and procedures and systems
- Run and administrate the DMS for 6 Product Projects, including Permissions management
- First line support for Document Control related issues
- Train project team to ensure and enable proper understanding and use of the Document Control processes and systems
