QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- SAFe certification, Scrum Master experience, and a strong SAFe understanding is required
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are crucial
- Able to adapt to change
- Great experience with agile tools like JIRA
- Experience with driving agile transformation and value delivery
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, SAFe certification mandatory, other Scrum Master certification will be nice to have
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
- Hive SQL (SPARK) queries (crucial)
- Experience with these technologies would be good: SCALA knowledge (crucial), Shell scripting (important), How to work on Cloudera distribution (Oozie) (important), Elasticsearch (basic knowledge), Quantexa (important), ntelliJ, Zeppeli, Bamboo, Jenkins, Nexus, Artifactory, Kafka
- Strong English skills - both oral and written
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Facilitating Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) ceremonies
- Coach teams, and remove impediments to ensure smooth Agile development
- Collaborate with Product Owners
- Foster a culture of improvement, and align teams with organizational goals
