We are looking for an Intermediate SME/Engineer for Global AVIVA PI Project for our client in the Pharma Industry. You will get the chance to become part of Global AVEVA PI (formerly OSIsoft PI System) Agile team, and become a SME in Global PI, supporting implementation. AVEVA PI system, is an industry-leading data management solution built specifically to collect and store data from any location and source and rapidly extract the insights our client need to optimize your business - all in a no-code, flexible environment.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Must have experience working with e.g. PLC programming, Batch Management programs, recipe management and/or SCADA solutions
- Strong technical experience and hold several automation disciplines
- Previous experience as a SME/Engineer
- Able to understand and lead design, development, and implementation of automated systems, including analyzing, designing, testing, and building components, devices and systems that use mechanical motion, overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of large/complex automated manufacturing systems or products
- Able to developing and maintaining automation standards, specifications and maintains plans, and manage automation-related software licenses and service level agreements
- Able to identify quality issues and write report and eliminate defects and errors
- Able to explore and implement new ways to automate systems, designing, and testing automation equipment and processes
- Relevant educational background within engineering
- Strong English skills - both oral and written
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Understand and lead design, development, and implementation of automated systems, including analysing, designing, testing, and building components, devices and systems that use mechanical motion, overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of large/complex automated manufacturing systems or products
- Responsible for engineering operations (e.g., day-to-day management of engineering projects, budgets etc.)
- Responsible for ensuring that engineering operations are completed on-time and as per the set goals
- Responsible for exploring and implementing new ways to automate systems, designing, and testing automation equipment and processes.
- Responsible for identifying quality issues and writing report and eliminating defects and errors.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining automation standards, specifications and maintains plans, and manage automation-related software licenses and service level agreements
