We are looking for an OCM Partner for the Cross IT / Global Systems track for our client in the Pharma industry.
Location: Greater Copenhagen, onsite minimum 4 days a week.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong experience within communications
- Strong experience with organizational change management OCM
- Experience with Programme Management
- Pharma experience
- Strong English skills - both oral and written
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start working right away
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Work closely together with the solution track lead providing organizational change management, communication & stakeholder engagement in accordance to their IT & Automation OCM approach & strategy
- Ensure that the track under IT & Automation adhere to our communications strategy and their IT & Automation visual brand identity
- Partner with track lead and project manager to deliver effective communications assets via our established channels - such as their demo sessions, full team meetings and solution track meetings
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement efforts together with the rest of the PMO OCM team via their IT & Automation communications plan
- Drive change readiness assessments and build action plans towards the Expansions Sites as defined in their OCM strategy together with track project managers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the program's stakeholders, including internal and external partners, vendors and other stakeholders
- Work closely together with Operational Readiness team and Training Lead to define standardized training, hyper care and support approach
