We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Consultant with excellent communication skills for our client in the Pharma Industry.
Location: Greater Copenhagen, onsite.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field.
- Relevant experience from a similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- Proficient in various IT systems and infrastructure.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required
- Strong English skills
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with the IT team in managing the daily operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the IT infrastructure
- Assist in the implementation of new systems and policies
- Prepare and present reports on system performance and health
- Participate in IT projects to improve the IT infrastructure
- Ensure the security of IT systems and data
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with other teams and stakeholders
- Provide technical support and guidance to users
