We are looking for a Junior PMO Support for our client in the Pharma Industry.
Location: Greater Copenhagen area, hybrid.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Project Coordination experience
- Facilitation experience
- Strong planning skills
- Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and programme plans and keeping a global overview
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
- Strong English skills - both oral and written
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Support PMO team with driving and implementing strategic initiatives
- Global oversight, time management and follow up on activities within the PMO
- Arrange and drive P&O Digital Delivery Setup leadership meetings
- Follow up on initiatives and activities decided in the PODS Leadership group
- Support on PMO ADO activities
- Plan and execute events in P&O DDS (PI Plannings, PM/PO Syncs, Architecture board,..)
- Drive communication to P&O DDS
- Support and execute on onboarding initiatives in P&O DDS
- Prepare and distribute milestone status reports, meeting minutes, and other PMO-related documentation
- Assist in the identification and management of program risks and issues
