We are seeking a motivated, self-driven and experienced Senior IT Project Manager for our client in the pharma industry. You will join the client's IT & Automation area in the global FFEx program, where you will ensure central planning and coordination between their system delivery teams, our global and domestic sites and our program stakeholders.
Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale SAP/ERP implementations and migrations or prior experience with warehouse management system
- Strong SAP experience
- Strong Project Management experience
- Experience from the pharma industry
- Experience from a similar position
- Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
- Solid understanding/qualification of Project Management Principals
- Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
- Strategic thinking with operational focus
- Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
- Person with good communication skills
- Take own initiatives and ensure for results
- Professional level of English - both oral and written
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage their global implementations of SAP ECC, the parallel S/4HANA upgrade and coordinate with SAP EWM implementation(s)
- Coordinate the planning and execution of multiple simultaneous SAP implementations incl. their parallel S/4HANA upgrade in close collaboration with their separate SAP programs, ARTs and delivery teams
- Ensure a standardized implementation scope, plan and approach to operational readiness
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and project risks and issues are identified and managed
- Activates the right stakeholder at the right point in time to fully capture the dependencies across the SAP Applications
- Manage and assemble project resources, including internal team members and external consultants to ensure project success.
- Ensure ongoing planning, progress, status reporting, and other project documentation required for the parallel SAP ECC/S4 implementations
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members and stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and expectations
- Identify opportunities for project improvements and implement best practices
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project team members
