Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong PMO or project management experience
- MS Office, in particular proficiency within Excel and PPT/presentation
- Agile ways of working and corresponding tools e.g., ADO and MS Viva Goals
- Stakeholder management experience
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
- Strong English skills - both oral and written
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Maintain risk mgmt. framework
- Risk identification, assessment, mitigation report. and monitoring
- Contingency plans for managing risks for impacting themes
- Risk resolution facilitation
- OKR support & facilitation
- Support stand-up meetings (theme sync) capturing and noting down actions, decisions, focus areas etc. as discussed at the meetings
- Support the OKR lead on updating OKR together with the relevant themes
- Ad hoc support to OKR lead
- General support & facilitation
- On- and off boarding of consultants according to existing process - this also includes making improvements to the process
- Ad hoc updates to Playbooks
- Programme management support e.g., various analysis, problem identification and resolution (situation, complication, resolution etc.)
