We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client in the wind industry.
Location: Aarhus, onsite.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Experience with leading networking vendors hardware and software eg: Cisco, Microsoft.
- Extensive knowledge of network protocols and technologies such as VLANs, VPN, IPSec, etc
- A relevant technical education e.g. in an engineering field, computer science, telecommunications, or a related field,
- Familiarity with network monitoring and analysis tools eg: Nagios
- General knowledge of maintenance or commissioning of SCADA systems
- Windows and Linux server knowledge is beneficial
- Experience from working with wind turbines
- Ability to organize multiple assignments and prioritize task as needed
- Ability to participate effectively as part of an international and geographically remote team
- Professional communication skills
- Proven ability to work with limited supervision
- High attention to detail and a solid commitment to quality
- Professional English skills, German language is a plus
- Able to start right away
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Configure and commission network communication for the clients SCADA solutions and other automated functionalities in our power plants
- Provide remote support and network related troubleshooting in cooperation with customers and cross-functional teams
- Utilizing different software platform to support service business and stakeholder satisfaction
- Technical documentation
- Ensure knowledge sharing, optimizing, and improving our product solutions
