We are looking for a Senior Business Designer/UX Researcher for our client in the industrial sector. As a Business designer/UX Researcher, your primary assignment will be to map out and align digital work=ows across a suite of similar digital offerings from a single provider. Your expertise in mapping user journeys and translating them into actionable design requirements will be critical to the success of this project.
Location: Middle Jutland, hybrid option is allowed
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Great experience as a Business Designer/UX reseracher
- Relevant educational background
- Experience within: Market Research, Business Strategy, Customer Insights, Data Analysis, Process and Workshop Facilitation
- Strong collaborative skills
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively, using visual aids and sketches,
- Creative and strategic problem-solving abilities
- Design Thinking
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
- Strong English skills - both oral and written
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Conduct detailed mapping of user journeys across multiple digital offerings
- Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Analyze existing digital workflows to identify inconsistencies and areas for alignment
- Propose and document streamlined workflows that enhance user experience and operational efficiency
- Translate user journey maps and workflow analyses into clear, actionable design requirements
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure these requirements are effectively implemented
- Engage deeply with customers to gather qualitative and quantitative insights
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to validate findings
- Document research processes and findings comprehensively
- Work closely with team members to integrate research findings into the innovation process
- Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to align team members on research insights and design requirements
