We are looking for an Solution Architect for one of our clients in Middle Jutland.
Your role will be focused on Digital & Customer Excellence value chain, which is a program of several delivery teams and agile teams. Your focus on a daily basis will be to understand overall business requirements addressed in the value chain, overseeing program solution architecture, facilitate architecture transition clarifications towards decisions, catalyze ideation, and co-create architecture documentations in connect with agile teams and delivery teams.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- A Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent
- Strong background executing complex or specialized projects and activities in IT and IT Consultancy
- Software developer, IT business consultancy experience, background
- 6-7 years of relevant work experience
- Effective in understanding solution - and technical architecture discussions and communicating these with non-technical business people
- Proven results supporting key initiatives in a large organization; experience in large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
- Experience with Microservice, Event driven, Containerized and Service oriented architecture
- Possess industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Familiar with SCRUM framework
- Excellent skills within English, both verbally and in writing
- Capable of leading down, side, and upwards, setting clear direction, rooted in architectural reasoning according to critical path and incremental deliveries
- Ability to analyze and see through complexity
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Accountable for providing business consultancy with a holistic understanding of business requirements
- Secure a target reference architect and transitional steps in an architecture plan linked to program initiatives
- Facilitate needed architectural clarification and lead towards architectural decision, by their IT Governance Decision structures and their Principles and Guardrails for IT
- Catalyze ideation, exploration, and proof of concept of new technologies
- Secure the overall information architecture and ensure that solutions are aligned with the architectural framework in collaboration teams
- Communication key clarifications and architecture outlines with chief product owner, the architecture runway lead and program execution lead as the architects’ representative
