We are looking for a Transformational Programme Manager for our client for a period of time.
Location: Remote, in European time zones.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Great experience with commercial transformations/re-organizations, commercial streamlining, etc.
- Previous experience as a Transformational Programme Manager
- Located in European time zones
- Experience with Project Management Office
- Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
- Solid understanding/qualification of Project Management Principals
- Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
- Strategic thinking with operational focus
- Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
- Person with good communication skills
- Take own initiatives and ensure for results
- Strong English skills - both oral and written
- Residence within the European union - same time zone
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Establish and implement project plans
- Monitor activities, allocate resources and assign tasks to ensure that targets are met
- Show diligence by raising concerns in due time
- Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team
- Take responsibility for stakeholder management
- Identify, resolve or escalate operational problems and minimize delays
- Ensure a clear and transparent agreement with the Project Board/Key stakeholders regarding the objectives of the project (Benefits, Cost, Quality, Risk, Scope, Time)
- Create clear and transparent agreements with the Team Managers/Delivery Managers by involving them in the planning and activate them via Work Package
- Coordinate and keep track of internal as well as external dependencies
- Create SteerCo presentations and other status materials
